v3.17October 1, 2026

Prospectors follows the app's rename to Prospect - every rework_prospector_* tool works with the renamed app.
Build automations from a plain-words request: describe what should happen - "after hours, reply that we're offline, then send the chat to the Support team" - and your AI builds the flow with rework_prospector_flow: the right trigger, replies, questions with answer checks, business-hours branches, follow-ups when a customer goes quiet, AI replies and classification, and routing to a team through your Routers.
Test before it goes live: run a flow in a sandbox and play the customer, then publish. Afterwards, check each run step by step or stop one.
Nothing guessed: rework_prospector_lookup finds the real inboxes, channels, stages, AI agents, people, routers and booking forms a flow uses.
Changed: the team list is gone - teams now live in Routers. Conversation lists no longer filter by team, and the broadcast list takes one or more inboxes.

Form connector (new) at /v3/form/mcp - forms anyone can fill in from a link, with rework_form_* tools: create a form with all its questions in one request, lay them out in sections and pages, publish it and share the link, then read, triage and summarise the responses.
Logic and pre-fill: show a question only when an earlier answer matches, fill a hidden question from the link (campaign, source), or copy another answer.
After submit: rules on the answers email your team, send the response to a webhook, and show a thank-you message or redirect - checked before they are saved.
Design: twelve themes plus your own colours, corners, font, width and button style.

Custom fields for Field with rework_field_customfield - decide what each service collects: on a visit-planning service the fields are filled on every visit, on a field-service service on every job. Add a field for just that service, or reuse a shared one your workspace already has so reports line up across services.
Fill them by name: set custom-field values on a visit, a job or an appointment's work form - pick a choice by its name, give dates as YYYY-MM-DD - and every other value on the record stays as it was.
Dropdowns you can grow: add choices to an existing dropdown and the values already filled keep showing correctly.

Inventory connector (new) at /v3/inventory/mcp - your warehouses and stock with rework_inventory_* tools: warehouses and their bins, stock on hand / reserved / available per bin and across warehouses, receipts from suppliers, deliveries to customers, transfers between warehouses and stock counts, reason codes, low-stock alerts and reorder suggestions, and stock value.
Documents in one request: describe a receipt, delivery, transfer or count and your AI creates it with all its lines, then posts it. A delivery or transfer holds the stock first and is refused if there isn't enough; a receipt covers every line at its purchase price; transferred goods keep their cost at the destination.
Sales Ops adds Inventory: /v3/salesops/mcp now carries your warehouses and stock next to deals, leads, field work and the product catalog.

Commerce connector (new) at /v3/commerce/mcp - your products and prices with rework_commerce_* tools: catalogs with categories and labels, products and their variants, price books, what each product sells at, and quantity-based price rules.
Products: find a product by name, code or SKU; create and edit products - one-off or monthly / yearly subscriptions - and add variants, each priced on its own.
Prices: list products in a price book, set or change what they sell at, add volume tiers and discounts, and check the price for any quantity.
Sales Ops adds Commerce: /v3/salesops/mcp now carries your catalog and price books next to deals, leads and field work.
Nothing is deleted through the connector - retire catalogs, products, price books, prices and rules instead.

Lead - notes and activity logs (new): rework_ld_lead_note writes on a lead's activity stream. Add a note (with an optional colour), and log a call or a meeting that already happened - who was on it, the outcome, how long it took and what was said. Logged meetings count toward the lead's engagement.
Edit and pin: correct a note later - only what you ask to change is changed, the rest of the note stays as it was - and pin important entries to the top of the stream.
Logging a call or meeting only records it: nothing is dialled and nobody is invited. Emails aren't logged by hand - the ones you send from a connected mailbox appear on the stream by themselves.

Lead - outreach sequences (new): ask your AI to build a follow-up sequence and it creates it with every step in one go - automatic emails and chats, plus call, LinkedIn, SMS, personal-email, direct-mail and to-do tasks for your reps, each placed on its day. The waits between days are handled for you.
Write the emails in the same request: give each email its subject and body and a matching email template is created and attached for you (you can also reuse an existing template).
Chat steps are placeholders: they're added empty so you can finish the message in the app. A sequence is saved as a draft and goes live when you publish it; building or publishing one never sends anything on its own.

Visit is now Field. The app was renamed, and the connector follows: the new link is /v3/field/mcp and the tools are now rework_field_*. The old /v3/visit/mcp link and rework_visit_* names no longer work - re-add the connector with the new link. The Everything and Sales Ops connectors carry Field automatically.
Simpler crew lifecycle: the separate "travelling / depart" step is gone - checking in takes a planned appointment straight to ongoing.
Slot proposals (new): a crew member can propose an appointment slot on a job; a manager approves it (the proposer becomes the assignee) or declines it with a reason, and the proposer can withdraw and track their own proposals.
My queue: ask for your own assigned appointments across every job, filtered by service, status or date window.

Workflow connector (new) at /v3/workflow/mcp - run work through your pipelines with rework_wf_* tools: browse workflows and their ordered stages, create jobs, and drive each one stage to stage - advance, send back, fail, reassign, move on the board, star or archive.
Stay on top of work: a personal task inbox of the stages waiting on you, a dashboard of active / overdue jobs and open todos, and a checklist on any job.
Set the pipeline up: recurring schedules that spawn jobs, labels & tags, end-reasons for when a job is completed or failed, and the compose form.
Its own connector: Workflow ships on its own link, /v3/workflow/mcp - add it next to any other Base connector you already use.

Dataset connector (new) at /v3/dataset/mcp - your own custom tables with rework_ds_* tools: create tables in folders, pick their columns from the shared field library, then add, edit and reorder rows and fill every cell.
Work at scale: create or update up to 100 rows at once, filter, sort and page through large tables, search across every table, and group or summarize rows without exporting.
Views & sharing: save named views (filter, sort, layout) and set the default; share tables and rows with teammates.
Its own connector: Dataset ships on its own link, /v3/dataset/mcp - add it next to any other Base connector you already use.
Success connector (new) at /v3/success/mcp - write your Help Center with rework_success_* tools: draft and edit articles with images (size, alignment and captions), sort them into categories, publish them onto your public Help Center site, and keep a glossary of terms.
Marketing Ops bundle (new) at /v3/marketing/mcp - Lead and Prospectors together: capture, nurture and answer in one connector.
Sales Ops adds Visit: field visits, check-ins and field jobs now sit next to your deals and leads in /v3/salesops/mcp.
Feedback from any v3 connector: ask your AI to send a feature request or report an issue with rework_feedback_submit - it goes straight to the Base team.

Sales connector (new) at /v3/sales/mcp - your CRM with rework_sl_* tools: run deal pipelines end to end, open a deal and fill its custom fields, move it between stages, then close it won or lost with a reason. See a pipeline as a board with per-stage totals, or page the whole table with filters.
Companies & people: create and edit accounts and contacts, set owners and collaborators, and read any party with their whole deal history - plus find and merge duplicates.
What you are selling: product line items with price, quantity and discount; the extra people on the buying committee; and quotes, orders, contracts or subscriptions, each with its own status.
Forecasting: commit deals to a monthly forecast against quotas, read the quota gap, and aggregate any slice of the CRM into numbers.
Sales Ops bundle (new) at /v3/salesops/mcp - Sales and Lead together in one connector, covering the whole path from a captured lead to a closed deal.
Everything connector at /v3/mcp now carries 146 tools across nine apps, with Sales included.

Lead connector (new) at /v3/lead/mcp - CRM & marketing with rework_ld_* tools: run your lead funnels (custom fields, stages & labels), capture leads, then move them through stages & statuses as they qualify. Read a lead in full - fields, activity, feed, ad attribution & associations.
Marketing built in: campaigns with spend, budget & UTM plus per-campaign analytics; gateway events routed into the right funnel; sources & channels; contact profiles (de-duplicated, with a timeline across every funnel).
Insights & audiences: cross-funnel counts, trends & activity, and build an audience from your leads to push to an ad provider for retargeting or look-alikes.

Prospectors connector (new) at /v3/prospectors/mcp - your omni-channel messaging inbox with rework_prospector_* tools: read services, channels (WhatsApp / Telegram / Instagram / ...), conversations & messages, contacts, labels / teams / templates / canned replies, custom fields and broadcasts - every channel in one place.
Automations: rework_prospector_flow builds "flows" - a trigger (new conversation, keyword, button, ...) plus a node graph that can send, assign, branch, wait or hand off to an AI agent - then saves, publishes, pauses or runs them.

Serviceflow is now BPM. The app has a new name - same services, jobs and flows, nothing to migrate.
New connector address: /v3/bpm/mcp. Its tools are now named rework_bpm_*.
Reconnect once: the old addresses have been retired, so point your connector at /v3/bpm/mcp. Your sign-in still works - only the address changed.
Tagging moved to the stage: use rework_bpm_stage_tags to tag the stage a job is at; a job now shows the tags of the stages it is currently in.
Reuse your data fields: rework_bpm_field shows which fields your workspace already has before you add another - attach an existing one to a service, or create a new one when nothing fits. Fewer near-duplicate fields means reports that actually line up across services.

Visit connector (new) at /v3/visit/mcp - field service & visit planning with rework_visit_* tools, covering both service models in one connector.
Field service, end to end: jobs for your customers, appointments with the full crew lifecycle - dispatch, assign, depart, check-in, check-out, plus no-show, reschedule and reopen - and a dispatcher board showing exactly what needs action now.
Visit planning: recurring plans (one rep + their accounts + a weekly / monthly recurrence) that compute the visit schedule; one-off planned visits and direct check-ins; per-account route notes for the field team.
Operations built in: work shifts (check-ins happen on shift), customers & contacts live from the Sales app, per-account visit history, comment threads, customer feedback with ratings & tags.
Reports: field-service performance (completion, on-time, per-technician) and visit coverage, plus dashboards.

Project connector (new) at /v3/project/mcp - project & portfolio delivery with rework_pj_* tools: projects, boards (many task boards + an issue tracker), tasks, milestones, outcomes & a ranked backlog, documents (a project's page & folder tree via rework_pj_doc), reports & dashboards.
Stages & phases: rework_pj_stage sets the shared columns every project in a service moves through (item stages + project stages); rework_pj_phase groups tasks into time-boxed roadmap phases and rolls up each phase's progress, workload & cost.
Project P&L: rework_pj_resource books workload (time), cost and income per project, so every project shows real revenue, cost & profit - not just effort.
One-call reads: rework_pj_page returns a whole page at once - your portfolio, a project's items, milestones, phases, or its costs / incomes / workloads.

Cowork connector (new) at /v3/cowork/mcp - project management with rework_cowork_* tools: workspaces & their stages, projects, boards (Tasks / Flow / Cost / RIDAC / Docs / Files), tasks, planning (milestones, WBS, outcomes, roadmap, backlog), budget, issues & check-ins, docs & files, and search.
Per-app connectors - each v3 app now has its own endpoint at /v3/<app>/mcp (e.g. /v3/bpm/mcp, /v3/cowork/mcp), so you add only the apps you need. One Base sign-in covers them all.

Base v3 connector (new) - the first v3 app: BPM, with its own rework_bpm_* tools.
Separate per-user sign-in - connect with your own Base account; your password is never seen or stored.
Discovery: rework_bpm_me, rework_bpm_service_list, rework_bpm_service_get (with includeBlocks = the full flow graph).
Flow authoring in one tool: rework_bpm_flow_edit - update the service, add / edit / delete blocks, wire the routing, validate the graph.
Jobs end-to-end: rework_bpm_job_create / _list / _get (live per-stage state) / _update / _cancel, and rework_bpm_job_advance - submit Manual forms, approve / reject Approvals, confirm / retry paused AI steps.
Collaboration: rework_bpm_discussion_create (posts + threaded replies) and rework_bpm_todo (stage checklists with assignee + deadline).
